This restaurant in Chicago had a kitchen fire and smoke travelled through the entire seating area. SERVPRO of Norridge/Harwood Hts. was called to get them back in business. The entire kitchen had to emptied and all equipment cleaned. SERVPRO of Norridge/Harwood Hts. removed the smoke residue from the walls and ceiling. SERVPRO of Norridge/Harwood Hts. returned the walk in refrigerator to sanitary condition by removing smoke residue and then washing interior.  All work surfaces had to be cleaned by SERVPRO of Norridge/Harwood Hts. so they were ready to be used. The entire seating area was cleaned and only then was ready for business.
